Since 1928, Hugo Fassbender Dichtungsgesellschaft mbH has supported you as a specialist in the development and manufacture of high-quality metallic seals for a wide variety of areas of application. Our company, which is based in Burscheid near Cologne, currently employees 35 people in production, customer service and administration, who make every effort to realise your wishes and specifications competently, reliably and on schedule.

The automotive sector, general industry or process technology – countless sectors rely on high-quality metal seals. Thanks to our modern and efficient fleet of machinery and a high degree of automation, we are able to produce around 350 million seals in small and large production batches every year. We are not merely the manufacturer. We also have the mindset for the most important issues relating to seals.
Our environment is close to our heart
Our production processes are not only designed for process reliability and cost-effectiveness, but also reflect our sense of responsibility towards the environment. The employment of closed cooling systems and the use process-related waste heat for the production processes help to make our carbon footprint as small as possible. Our seals have a permeation rate of zero, which helps us to observe the imposed CO2 limits.
What applies to our production processes also applies to our products, of course. Our metallic seals have a high resistance to ageing and are completely recyclable. As a result, they offer clear advantages over elastomer seals.
