Increasingly elaborate and complex applications pose ever-higher requirements for reliable and secure sealing. Where this cannot be achieved with standard seals, we make every effort to work with you to find an optimal individual sealing solution.
We use a drawing or a model to develop and produce customer-specific metallic seals from various materials such as copper, aluminium, soft iron or stainless steel. Even a surface finish (electroplating) does not present a challenge for us. In addition to the prototype construction under series conditions, we can also offer you small series and quantities quickly and flexibly. We will be happy to provide you with prototypes and sample parts for testing under authentic conditions.
Our customer-specific solutions can be retrieved at any time. We do not keep the seals in stock, but we archive the tools that we have created in order to guarantee fast repeat production.
