Special seals – customer-specific sealing solutions for special requirements

For applications in which standard solutions are not sufficient and cannot be adequately adapted, we will develop and produce special seals for you according to your specifications and using your desired materials, e.g. copper, steel, iron, nickel or aluminium. With respect to the surface finish/electroplating, you have a choice between tin, zinc, silver, zinc-nickel, zinc-iron, zinc-chrome, DBL and Gleitmo.

Custom-made products from an individual piece to a series

From small batches starting at a single seal to series production, we will provide you with high-quality sealing solutions for your specific requirements. Right from the start, we will accompany you with our advisory service so that we can work together to find the perfect combination of materials, shape and dimensions.

For production (e.g. of prototypes) on the basis of a drawing or model, our experienced employees have a large archive of tools and machinery at their disposal. A comprehensive stock of tools and our own toolmaking facilities enable us to provide prototypes or model parts in good time (including for testing).
