To us, quality implies the obligation to constantly improve our company. We constantly and consistently examine and scrutinise our processes and set benchmarks for the quality of our products, our reliability and our commitment to the environment.

Quality tests in an internal testing laboratory
Our internal testing laboratory checks and documents the quality of our products and services with the help of state-of-the-art technologies such as:
- surface hardness measurement of the products according to HB and HV
- microhardness testing and determination of tensile strengths
- automatic dimensional measures
Our quality assurance chain is completed by process-accompanying tests and an automated visual final inspection of each individual metal seal. The result is a fault rate of less than 50 ppm.

The centralised storage of customer-specific and DIN products guarantees a high and continuous availability at any time. By archiving all the tools that we have ever produced, we also guarantee fast repeat production if necessary.
